Book Recommendations + Self-Care Planning.
So I wanted to start off this year with a blog post that represents change and intention. Those are two of my “value words” for 2021. One of my biggest focuses in my business this year is being really transparent, vulnerable, authentic, and using my voice as a platform to create change, to help with your self-care, but also for you to know that your memories are important and they deserve to be captured. We want to help you do that.
I think for me one of my biggest struggles has been creating a routine and actually following what my planner says. LOL. I change my mind so much... that my planner looks chaotic. I have always dealt with anxiety with planners and following through on them and making mistakes in them and wanting to just really throw them all away and trash it so I can start over and new. That’s not always possible and that’s really bad usage of time, creativity, and $$$. I had to learn to adapt, to make anew what felt broken, and I have finally figured out if you INVEST in a planner you love, you can create it however you want to, AND you can always use stickers to create “happy little accidents” in the words of Bob Ross. :)
I have about 45 self help and self love books that I want to share with ya’ll and I want to stop off recommending this one. This book is called, “The Extremely Busy Woman’s Guide to Self-Care.” You can find the book by clicking on the title, I’ve hyperlinked it for you!
I will be reading it this month and I hope you join me.
Later I will update the blog post with my review and I hope you visit back to see what I'm thinking.
